We have some birthdays, some award ceremonies, some trips, some celebrations, some naps, some dates, some snow, some cinema, some skating….
Shea turned 6! This real-life ray of sunshine is an absolute pleasure and I appreciate him so much. We had such a fun day (series of days really) celebrating him. He and I played bookie and did some fun stuff then he was extra sweet and wanted to include his brother. We scooped him up from school early and had a day for Shea. We shopped and played at an arcade then met up with everyone for a nice dinner at our favorite place. His kid party was just last weekend because he kept changing his mind about what he wanted to do. Spoiler alert, we had it at the same place as last year after all the thinking. 😉 It was so cool to see him playing with his school friends. It’s something I don’t get to see most days. He’s got some good little buddies and I’m so proud to watch him create those friendships. There’s nothing I can write that will ever be able to explain how deeply I love this little boy. Shea, please never stop being just exactly you. Your smile and little wiggles will forever bring a smile to my face and peace to my heart. Gosh, I love you! Happy 6th birthday you Sonic loving, book reading, fish feeding, tooth losing, snuggly little boy. I love being your mom! 🤍
