Spring break!!! Summed up most simply: hikes, hugs, and hungry kids.
Collins went to Florida for spring training *FaceTime with him on the beach pic is in here* and the boys and I had a few days at home then headed upstate.
Each day we’d do a different hike then explore a new town. We found some cool hikes, pretty scenery, a zoo, a famous ice cream stand, a purple doorway, some fun playgrounds, yummy restaurants, and a town that had only one restaurant open the.whole.week. We are there once but omg small town!!
On the way home, we stopped in-the-city!! It’s been over a year when we used to go at least once a month. We found the prettiest cherry blossoms that are only just starting to open up around here. We got take out from a favorite restaurant and wandered… a lot. Still a different vibe with a lot of places still closed or working on modified situations but the parks are still beautiful and parking still sucks.
Cole got his cast off and we played outside lots too.
We got ready for Easter too and I’ll post that soon. I already did one million pics for this one. 🤩🤩
